I had to think about that one and I have to say Pippi Longstocking. That was the first book I ever read and I read it alot growing up. I love her and she was a fun loving silly girl that had faced some adversity in her life and still smiled. I'm 46 and I still love Pippi.

Ok I’ll answer my own Question. I’ll go for Oor Wullie. Nobody outside Scotland will know him but he’s always getting up to mischief with his mates Soapy, Fat Boab and wee Eck. He loves his Scran and getting one over on his arch nemesis PC Murdoch.
