I'd like to offer an extra framing to role-playing experiences I have here in the chat room.
I think role-playing and our fantasies can have value for psychological and/or spiritual-self awareness. ("Psyche" means "soul" by the way.)
I believe that our sexuality is an integral part of our spirituality and who we are.
By exploring our fantasies, playing roles, conjuring sexual imagery from within us, we can gain deeper insights into the mystery of who we are.
I think its not too far out there to guess that many of us have been hurt.
We all want to love and to be love.
In the safety of anonymous space, and in a caring and non-judgmental conversational space, we might be able to experience a level of healing.
Though we are strangers and little is asked of one another, providing an accepting space and showing unconditional love can help build faith in who we are as humans.
I'd like to form friendships with people here, engage in role-play, which of course is fun, sexy, and hot and help us get off, but is also a chance to explore ourselves.
The more role-plays you have with a person, getting to know what they're like and what they're into without any need to share any specific personal details, we can go deeper with our fantasies and exploration.
I myself have struggled with porn addiction in the past, but porn no longer interests me. It's too predictable.
We probably have all experienced getting sucked in a bit too long on the internet or our phones in whatever it is,
so maybe we can also encourage each other to take good care of ourselves, eat well, get some time outside, etc.
This is the kind of friendship I'd like to have here, and the service I'd like to offer.
