Terminating someone's employment for the first time was hard. Really put me on a downer yesterday and probably today too.

I hate the fact that i had to take someones livelihood away from them and i hope i never have to do it again. Although sadly i probably will.

Yea it is a hard thing to do, no matter how you wrap it up, be it redundancy or mis conduct termination, it is never a good feeling, I hope a few glasses of wine later you feel at least better within yourself afger this horrid day.

It is rubbish when it happens. I had to let some one go last week and it was horrible. Really hope I don't have to do it often. But at the end of the day, if you had to fire them, then there was an issue and sadly the way to resolve it was to let them go. A glass of wine or something stronger. Tomorrow is a new day
