Lack of Sleep

It is the worst. The body wants to shut down and the mind becomes a mental wreck.
 
I have someone who does that.
It is more the not being able to stay asleep and getting up every 2 hours or so.
 
I run better on 1 hour of sleep than I do with 3-5. Also anything over 8 hours makes me super sleepy. I've also gone over 96 hours without sleeping, so that was fun :p
