Explain how this works, please.
You select a forum that sounds interesting to you. You read it, and reply to any messages where you might want to say something or get to know the person who posted it. If you develop a mutual interest with someone, you arrange somewhere more private to chat with one another, like a private chat room on this site, or somewhere like KiK. You chat and get to know one another. Where it leads is up to you as individuals.
