Not authenticated when I sign in. Help?

I just created a new profile with a valid email address. I received the confirmation email which I clicked and was automatically returned to chat. I tried to sign in and a sign popped up saying disconnected hy server for not authenticated. Help????

If you had an old acct, you need to use a new email for this one
