Yup. 38 years old, not BAD looking but still a virgin.

Ashamed by the size of my penis and the fear of telling women I meet of my current condition.

It's not easy being in this situation as the porn I watch has evolved into something really perverted and out of hand (insert "badum tsss" sound here). I think the amount of porn I consume is not helping either.

I understand that you might feel not comfortable in this situation. don't worry my friend. 38 is not a very old age agree that watching porn is not always helpful. But it is not always harmful, can be very good too - depends on the content, maybe would be good to have some detox but only if you think this is out of your control or in case you are simply not happy about it.
About the fear, what is the reaction that you are afraid of? Do you think it can happen in reality? Have you had previous experiences that might have impact on it? You don't have to give answer here but just think where does this fear come from. All I am trying to say is that sometimes it is good to look on our fears from different perspective than we usually do, this helps to overcome them somehow. At least in my case
