I think that maybe paying takes some of the stress out of it, except then you gotta worry about getting arrested.

It's legal here. But the risk of getting arrested in some places is a good reason why people wouldn't be up for it. Or maybe some people like the thrill.
No the thrill of getting arrested is not for me. The times I have paid for an escort I have tried to be extremely careful. There are ways and sites to help with that
I have been to more or less explicit sex shows. In Vegas they are pretty harmless but in Amsterdam and Hamburg they have been quite intense, like porn one could say. You ask interesting questions. Well, the most important reason for not having intercourse with people outside the marriage is that I don't what anybody to fall in love with someone else. Another reason is the danger of STD. That's why I always told my husband to use rubbers in case he wants to have fun with a hooker. So I have allowed him to go. But as far as I know he didn't.
