It wont let me send pics in conversaitions its nothing nasty just a simple face pic. Im somewhat new to this site. I been a member for about 2ish years and no very little of this site. Iv never noticed it before but it says im a new member. I was wondering if thats why it wont let me send them. If anyone knows if thats why will you please tell me

you can send a pic uploaded from your own files on your pc but to post in convo you need the URL but its not very good even in the forum i have found its harder with some browsers to upload
 
Im on phone. And its chrome. Is there any browsers that are better then others
 
chrome and Opera are the same and i have to try multible times to upload pics or GIFs try another one
