Thinking of Sex

I don't know why, if it is normal or weird. I found myself thinking about sex all the time. At work, home and even when I fix or building things around the house. Tell me it's normal. I am in my 30's and find myself attractive to mature woman. I guess I need help.

Perhaps, I might not explain it clearly from my last post. I don't think having enough or not enough sex would have anything to do with it, further more. I do have sex. But, its not the same way as I would feel. I guess, what I am trying to said is that, as human we tend to want more of something that we already have, we just don't know when its enough or not enough. Meaning we have experience things that we have, but we fantasizing it, amplifying it more. In this case, I find myself attractive to older women, why young girls have no effect in me?. I hope all this make sense.
