I had a second surgery on it in aug and we thought I’d fully heal without PT but I keep rolling it helping my dad

Oh I do hope you get it sorted out. Mayhap you should stand down until it heals or perform light duty. You don't want to get that really whacked up as it will mess with you to eternity. I know, I'm still carrying shrapnel from combat wounds.

That is the wise thing to do, even if it bugs you for now. Later you'll be glad.... To this day, I must still look after my shoulder in much the same way. A little piece of shrapnel nearly cut it off and I was slammed into a mud brick wall as a result of the shock wave from the mortar bomb explosion.
