Feeling very grateful and lucky today. Spent all of yesterday in the company of family, such a special time.

But I also know I'm very fortunate and others are less so. Thinking of those who have lost someone very dear to them and are reliving precious memories.

Take the time while you can, treasure the moments spent with family and friends. Don't put off that chat with them.

A few weeks ago I was not in a good place. Some things had taken a horrible turn and I was hurting. But some people I barely knew reached out and with their care, support and love I'm now thankfully feeling so much better about myself and life. Amd those people I barely knew then have become some of my favourite people in the world. And they're all here! Thank you my OFC family from the bottom of my heart

Even though I'm 10hrs into my shift at work, I'm having a happy day. The sun is shining, good people around me. Sending love to all you wonderful OFC people

Life is so much lovelier with the company of good people

Almost 6 hours of sleep after a night shift, I'll take that! And still enough of the day to make some decent things happen.
