3I keep being logged out after a few mins of not typing, also my screen freezes saying pending or just becomes non responsive often.

I am using chrome mobile on a reasonable mobile phone samsung S9.
My screen keeps on freezing and logging me off. It got better since the new format was introduced bit is still happening often.
I clear my cache and have the latest chrome on my phone.
It works perfectly on my old laptop, just an issue with my phone any ideas.
