Banned by the system, have questions.

Let me start off by saying, this is my second ban, and I have already submitted my appeal request.

I was banned because the "system has detected potential child exploitation in one of my uploads" while sharing pictures of Caroline Mosley/Snorl4x/Ryden Armani, an emo ex-camgirl. This is the second time the system has banned me for sharing her.
This is the second time I've been banned for sharing her.
There were no mods on, so they couldn't have seen them to mistake them for CP, and I was sharing her in private chat, not a public room.
She is LEGAL and these photos have been on the internet for AT LEAST 6 years

I DO NOT SHARE PHOTOS OF MINORS! That is not only disgusting, but also a serious crime where I am from.

I'm curious as to how this automated system works, and why it keeps flagging Caroline.
If anyone, especially staff could give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it, because this is annoying.

May I suggest that you share images of individuals who are OBVIOUSLY over the age of consent and willing to allow such sharing. Without consent, do not share!
 
basically you can not post pictures of other people without their written consent, if you do you are open to legal action as is this site
