The median age of those that benefit from DACA is 23, they are not kids. That means that they are knowingly illegals since about 5 years. WHY haven't they regularized their situation yet??
They may not had a choice to enter the US as kids, but they do have a choice to become a resident or to remain illegal. Many of us came legally here, that's laughing in our faces to assist illegals...

And the majority I believe are Visa overstays .
