You live in an older multi level building. Something is always not working. I'm difficult to find keeping up with my work requests. You have an opportunity on your dream job but something you need fixed is holding you up. I am as you see, older, but know my way around the needs required of me.
(This can be short term or turn to long term. I may be a bit rusty at RP. Hope to hear from you)

Keep in mind I don't really know the tenants personally. I'm 5'9" a little portly. Wearing jeans and well worn blue button down work shirt with a faded name tag "PhuzE" over the pocket. As luck would have it, you caught me in my basement office. An old used sofa against one wall with a coffee table that has a chip out of one corner. A battered office chair and desk covered with various paperwork in the corner. Another small table with a coffee pot and mini fridge against the other wall. The room is lit from only the desk lamp and light through the windows near the ceiling. The door is open when you approach. I'm at the desk when you approach....
