Hey. :)

I'm a lesbian who's been in a heterosexual relationship for several years. It's been tough.
I've grown too accustomed to my life to not be scared to leave it all behind. I tried breaking up with him about a year ago, but it didn't work out. He talked me out of it. I hated the drama and wanted it to be over. So now I'm back in the same situation I was before.

Not looking to cheat, but I'm hoping to talk to someone here so I can stop feeling alone. At least for a little while. Don't know any women I can relate to IRL, so I decided to try this. If anyone's got any advice aswell, I would really appreciate it. :)
 
This method of communication, the forum message board, is slow and unreliable. If you want some real time chat (and more!) try going to one of the chat rooms. The Lesbian chat room, for example. It's true that sometimes getting a conversation started may take some patience but eventually you will get something going and it will be sunshine and lollipops forever more. :D

Hello LADY, and welcome. I'm just a straight guy, what do I know. However, the sincerity of your post caught me. Thank you for just being yourself. You will find comfort here at this site, a lot of nice people. I hope you find what you are looking for and especially peace of mind, body and soul. All the Best! I can completely relate to the situation you went through. Two weeks ago, though it wasn't face to face, I told my fiance that I noticed that I'm becoming more comfortable with being bisexual, or at least exploring that side of me that I have been ignoring for years. It sort of sucks that I don't have too much time except escape online, however meeting wonderful men and women here that are welcoming and laid back made me want to continue coming back.

My relationship is still pretty rocky honestly. I'm happy, but I really want to experienced feeling wanted (sometimes) with someone of the same sex. Or just break away for two seconds and feel free. If y'all are together still, and it still doesn't feel right, dont be afraid to break away. You have a beautiful life that you're currently looking. If it's not something that you want, then go after your salvation. Sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too.
