New Immigration Policy

As I understand it , Immigration will be based on Canada and some of Europe's system's where it is accomplished on a Merit System . A few things were mentioned such as they have to speak English . Other things being Education , they can't come here and just jump on Welfare . I sure there are other things involved . POTUS wants to bring in the Immigrants that have job skills and will do the country some good not just the drengs of the 3rd World that just want hand outs .
As an immigrant myself, I can just say Bravo! to this new policy.
