I secretly watch them spot it and stare. Usuially sitting or standing straight across from them and strike up a conversation. Then I get off to it afterwards knowing that they are probably doing the same to me... I have showed at least one nipple to almost everyone I know now irl.
I cant get enough of watching their reactions when they see my nipple in full color for the first time...lol
