For an important project, would you rather fix someone’s work (even if it helps someone incompetent) or let that person fail, even though it ruins the project, just so people can realize how incompetent that person is?

tough one.....if it is an ongoing problem...fix the work to complete the project but show the bosses what had to be fixed and why so they can see the incompetence and do something about it
