Pumpkin Patch

Hope everyone’s having a lovely day!

So random thought/question - does anyone else constantly worry they are annoying to other people? I feel like I’m always worried I’m going to annoy someone by just being too me I guess. That childhood trauma runs deep haha!!
My day has been busy but chill so good overall. I think everyone feels like that at times & it's only human to feel that way. I think you're pretty rad & dope so there's that haha & thanks for joining the patch & bring a patchkin lol

We've not spoken much, but from what I can tell, you're really cool. Not at all annoying. Its hard to kick anxiety out, but you've got friends here and you're not being judged. Don't worry, you're doing just fine.

I can totally understand that thought..."being too me" is a very real source of anxiety for me at times. "What if I show them too much of me and they don't like it as much"...I'm hoping the answer lies in a follow up thought..."maybe they'll like me even more". And that definitely fits with how I feel about you, the more I know you. My lovely daughter is right, you are so awesome xx

In our personal and professional lives, we are constantly hit with one adversity after the other, most of which we have no control over. But the four things we have total control over is how we react, how we adapt, how we breathe, and how we take action.
