Quarter car wash?.
How do I explain it.... It's a community type car wash location with soapy brush and spray wand where you put quarters in the machine and you get a certain time to wash your car, depending on how much money you put in.
Ok, that is similar to what we have here. Except that it's dependant on program selected. Basic wash through to a wax.

We have some like that too.... program and you drive through an automatic wash... The quarter car wash, you park the car in a stall and wash it yourself
