Favourite place (aka: The Shit Thread)

Watch this if you have the chance, it's time lapsed with calming music. This is one of the most beautiful sights in my city! I look forward to October because I know the sky will be filled with the colors of the rainbow. :)

Beautiful Renee, thank you x

OK, I’ve travelled the world, seen every continent and there are a few places that have genuinely made me feel that God was smiling down on me. But the place I call home is without doubt my favourite, I’m so lucky to be here and it truly humbles me that the wee cottage on the hill is mine.

This is Palau on the Italian island of Sardinia. I spent 21 months stationed there with the Navy. palau-sardinia-italy-may-view-down-to-palau-sardinia-70943648.jpg
It, and the surrounding area, were amazing. I took it for granted when I was there but if there was anyplace I know of to go relax, this would be it. Oddly though, in the fall or spring. It is a playground for the very wealthy during the summer. Too much going on.

I love this area in my home state, Hanging Rock in Woodend. It's has a very mysterious, eerie feel, and odd things happen like your watches stop working. The movie Picnic at Hanging Rock was based on this rock formation.

That looks like a place I'd love to explore and photograph @Sun66. Thank you for sharing.

Beautiful @Sun66 cause I’ve been there
I also went here...

That’s a very beautiful place too Fireball, in my home state. You drive along the Great Ocean Road, through the Otway national park, before you get to the 12 Apostles at Port Campbell. That was my other photo on an earlier post. If you keep driving you get to Warrnambool where you can see whales frolick in our winter. It’s one of the most beautiful road trips, I tell everyone that comes to Victoria to try and get down to the shipwreck coastline. Thank you for sharing your experience x
