Alphabet book game

[Marduk]

Seen quite a lot of alphabet games about movies/tv, turn ons and likes which got me thinking book titles could be interesting. Thinking we should disregard the word "A" as a first word (this would make A Clockwork Orange a C) and possibly "The" (making The Beach a B). Don't forget to include the authors name if you know it.
