I can't access the chatrooms

I'm not able to access the chatrooms it just shows up on my screen that "can't validate my account"... I don't what that is suppose to mean ... Any help from anyone please suggest me what to do

I need some info. When did this start? Have been in the chats since the change over to the new software? Can you post a screenshot of the error message? If you don't want to post the screenshot here, then send it to me in a message.

Hey, not sure if its the same reason/bug but my account is not logging in either. Says "Failed to validate your account".
Using iOS 15 and safari 15

Mine goes to a page that asks if I am 18+ and then goes to a tik tok account.

It could just be a minor issue that will clear in a day or so. Just keep trying.

I use Windows 10 with DIssenter as a browser.

I too have the same problem … everytime i try to enter its showing failed to validate your account
