I can't log in into the chat rooms

Right after picking one of the rooms, it loads for a second, then I'm returned back to the room selection. The chat client never gets to load.

What kind of device are you on? Which browser? Did you try signing in on a different browser?

I had this issue a few times using Safari on iPad. I used chrome and it worked just fine.

im having the same issue .. i try to login but its stopping from entering into the chat rooms and brings me back to the login , i cleared the clear browsing data , i did everything i dont know wt i did wrong , pls i want to enter into the chatrooms , i miss my friends

Same issue here, but no ban message or anything, been like it for days. I didn’t do anything to warrant a ban, so it can’t be that. I tried to use the contact form - it doesn’t work. Seriously at a loss.
