Lol I meant that as a lack of better word. I meant more of a system since you either post a lot about yourself or talk in the chat
 
If you are able to have and hold a conversation that doesn't instantly involve being disrespectful to whom you are talking to in chat, pm or what not you'll be fine
 
I don't know about hierarchy but sometimes it's hard to respond to everyone all the time, other times you get kind of swept up by one slippery smooth talker. I'm sure it's not personal, it is a sausage fest on here after all. <3

I really try not to take it personally. But there is a learning curve to this site, I must say
