I'm back with a new account but it won't let me in the chat

Hey, I was TheViper84 before but deactivated that account a few months ago. Now I decided to give this another shot and created this account but it won't let me in the chat bc it says I haven't been authenticated. I did the whole confirmation via email so I don't understand what's going on. Can someone please explain? Thank you
