Why? Was it recently stolen? Catalytic Converter theft is a pandemic in Minnesota. I would personally blow away, without any hesitation, anyone attempting to steal mine or a neighbor's. One less piece of filth on which to waste taxpayer dollars, as far as I'm concerned.
