Well, you radiate it because it is in your frequency. Ever checked your DNA?That’s funny…when I’m on my adventures I like to think I’m an explorer, moving through a place for the first time. As a kid I used to read all about the native Americans and how they lived in and alongside nature, they existed in harmony with the natural world not against it. I wished I was born during that time.
Beautiful countryside there, it looks so calm and peacefulA landscaped area in the center-area of the Netherlands, the water is indeed "old"; it was created thanks to the exploitation of clay and peat soils for agriculture, but agriculture has almost completely disappeared from the region – it is too expensive to farm in the center of the Netherlands.

Sunrise over Lake Superior from Michigans Upper Peninsula. I love these moments just be before the dawn. Everything is just so calm and quiet, even the lake was calm. The breaking of the day feels like a fresh start, a second chance…a brand new day that’s never been touched, full of promise and adventure. @MissMonroe, I’m reminded by what you told me about the sun…the connection to our lives, our very being, providing energy and balance to our existence!! I can feel that every time I each her rise!!
A lone Pinyon pine (Pinus edulis) on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. This was in early December a few years back, I was driving out to California from the east coast when I just decided to take a 7 hour detour and spend a day here. It was perfect…this time of the year most of the tourists were gone. I was actually able to spend some quiet reflective time admiring the magnificent beauty of this place!!
Beautiful!! I love butterflies. I’m happy to say that here in the states many communities are maintaining pollinator gardens. Little safe places full of native wildflowers which attract a ton of butterflies, bees, hummingbirds some are really beautiful to walk through in the summer when the whole garden is alive with activityView attachment 89928
Red admiral butterfly. Visited my back garden earlier this year. My neighbour has a bush that attracts several species, this being the most popular. I love their delicate beauty.
Nature is dull and dreary for the most part in Ireland this rime of year, too much rain. But now this thread is a good reason to keep my eyes peeled! Congrats on a wonderful thread idea @Tsuga802

I’m glad you like this thread and I hope word spreads and more people start posting here. While I created it, it was really @MissMonroe inspiration and idea to have a place where we can lose ourselves in images of our natural world provided by other members!!![]()

The beautiful Sun pics!!! I am deeply touched that you remember that part of our conversation; it also reminds me to dig into some 'native' information - please do let me know if you have like a starting point for me to begin my search.View attachment 89921View attachment 89922View attachment 89923View attachment 89924View attachment 89925Sunrise over Lake Superior from Michigans Upper Peninsula. Breathtaking!! The rock formation at times sharp, layered and angular, but erosion also gives a 'melted' look.View attachment 89926View attachment 89927A lone Pinyon pine (Pinus edulis) on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Butterflies are such a gift of nature! Very beautiful picture as well and intimate as it is from your back garden, which means at night you can see the lights from the homes in the near distance - gives a cosy feeling!View attachment 89928

Water reflections are so inviting to the eyes! Very pretty this one, would make for a great trompe l'oeil piece somewhere in my garden.View attachment 89932
Reflections in water...Barley Lake, West Cork, Ireland
The almost melted look of the surface of the rock formation, reminded me of the one from the pic below however the surface of the rock formation in this pic changed because of the sea. It's quaint mostly! Except when the nearby sports club turn on their floodlights which beam straight on my kitchen window lopButterflies are such a gift of nature!
