I've watched them all...the original movies are still the best for me.
The TV show takes a few too many liberties with Tolkien's work I feel, but visually is beautiful.

Nothing can ever beat books. You see everything in your own minds eye, so its uniquely your take on characters and scenery. Its what makes reading so wonderful.I've watched them all...the original movies are still the best for me.
