Itsa lotta meat but time is all spent setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up so if you do 4 pounds you might as well do 16 or 20 cause the amount of time spent is negligible (same goes for the smoker ... once its running you might as well use it), and they go pretty fast anyway. This way i can freeze a few pounds and save the goodness for later16lbs???!!!!!!! *sends you my address *
