Make me laugh

I met a friend the other day I hadn't seen in years. He's had a rough time but he was pretty optimistic since he'd come into some major cash. He said he'd started jerking off men under the Queensboro Bridge. I told him that didn't sound like a worthwhile pursuit. He waved off my objection by saying just the other day he'd made two-hundred dollars and five cents. I asked him which man had given him five cents. He said: "All of them!"
