I cannot tell a lie I took a huge step today and told my agency I was stopping the weekend case in May. I've worked serious overtime for 2 years now and I will now have 3 days off a week starting in May.

Well, umph, I didn't say a word that implied that I complained about someone's grammar. I just said that it's a turn-off for me. I'm sure you do understand the fact that there's a difference between minor mistakes and being poor in that particular field. For many people, well-structured sentences in a conversation wouldn't matter at all. But, for some, like myself, they're a turn on. I hope I made my point clear. Peace. ✌You didn't.
